These Terms of Use apply to your use of hercode.io. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

02Who we are

The website is operated by HerCode LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“HerCode,” “we,” “us”). Contact: hello@hercode.io.

03Using the website

You may browse and share the website for personal, informational purposes. Please don’t:

• try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site;
• copy the site’s design, name, or logo to impersonate HerCode;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law.

04Our apps

HerCode apps are licensed to you, not sold. When you get an app from a store, the store’s terms apply (for example, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement), along with any license terms shown in the app. If those terms conflict with these Terms for a particular app, the store and in-app terms govern that app.

Pricing. HerCode apps are a one-time purchase. If we ever offer an optional subscription, it will be for an ongoing cloud or collaboration service, clearly labeled, and never required for features you’ve already paid for.

Refunds. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under that store’s policies. See Support for how to request one.

05Your work

Anything you create with HerCode apps belongs to you. We claim no ownership of your content.

06Our content and brand

The HerCode name and logo, the names Tansy, Trie, and Tempo, and the website’s design and text belong to HerCode LLC. Please don’t use them in a way that suggests we endorse or partner with you without our written permission. Members of the press may use our logo as described on the Press page.

07Commissioned work

Websites and apps HerCode builds for clients are covered by a separate written agreement with each client. These Terms don’t change that agreement.

08Plans can change

Information on this site about upcoming apps, including features, platforms, and release timing, describes our current plans. It may change, and it is not a promise of availability.

09Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HerCode LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

11Links to other sites

The website links to sites we don’t control, such as app stores and service providers. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
